Orders are processed within 24 business hours (M-F) except where noted. In certain situations, order processing may take longer. Shipping by UPS Ground normally takes 7-10 business days or less for delivery within the continental United States. If no one is home during the day, a notice may be left on your door with instructions on how to receive your package. Please use the Contact Us form if you have any questions regarding the shipping process. Depending on your order, you may receive multiple packages arriving at slightly different times depending upon which warehouse the items are being shipped from.
APO-FPO
Before placing your order, check to be certain all parcels will be accepted and delivered to your APO-FPO location. Size or content limits may exist on some items. Please email us if you have any questions or concerns regarding APO-FPO shipments.
Heavy and over sized items
Some items require extra shipping based on size or weight that will be added to the prices above. If an item requires extra shipping it will be noted in the items description, and you will be charged on the shipping date.
Returns & Exchanges
If a product develops a problem or is not usable due to a manufacturer defect, please send item in original package with wrapping (if possible) and a note explaining issue with order # to the address below.
